I found that many of the principals suggested in the book were easy to apply and maintain as on going habits.It also reminded me that I have ownership of how happy I am and how my personal happiness effects the way I functions at work and am perceived by my peers. It was also very important to me that the principals suggested in the book come from case studies from his work with thousands of Fortune 500 executives in 42 countries.
