    #30Daysof Summaries I totally agree that female leaders lead with their heart. And that alone makes them very different from male leaders. And I strongly believe it you juggle around, you get help, and its okay to get help. you can make it work for you.

    In my humble opinion, the only thing wrong with this selection is its title.

    Added: In light of the recent worldwide protests, I think I ought to clarify that my comment above is not intended to allude towards the ability of 'women' leaders, instead to suggest refraining from classifying leaders into such stereotypes as age, gender, race, etc.

    It is my belief that leaders are leaders and should be recognized as such.
