3 years agoCan definitely relate to this, good to see the data and research behind it. The solution proposed feels a little extreme, let's weed out 19% of the work force... they are people too I feel it maybe better to understand what makes them a taker and how we can change them into a giver or matcher. The 5min favour is a good start.
