Poumpouras won the Secret Service’s highest honor, the Valor Award, for her heroism at the World Trade Center in New York after the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks.

The tips/advices given are convincing as these are based on self tested exepriences. Such training if recd or given, shall definitely help any one to lead a bullet proof life. Congrats to the author for bringing out such a book.
