1 year agoInteresting to me was the BATNA acronym - Best Alernative To A Negotiated Agreement - based on thoughtful thinking of others and of what I want from the negotiations. I never thought about "owning my relationships" and will definitely take a look at each one and command that ownership. Interesting the way the article brings everything back to the person when negotiating.
