In a study of nearly 40 digital transformations, companies that emphasized culture were five times more likely to report “breakthrough or strong performance” than those lacking such an emphasis. Moreover, almost 80% of the firms that emphasized culture maintained their performance for at least three years. No company neglectful of culture reached this milestone.
