Entrepreneur and angel investor Tim Ferriss is the author of The 4-Hour Workweek and The 4-Hour Body.



When Tim Ferriss was seven years old, he almost drowned in a pond at summer camp. As a result, he developed a deep fear of water. At the age of 31, he decided to overcome this fear and learn to swim. He subsequently honed the craft of “deconstructing things that really scare the living hell” out of him, which he has applied to learning three skills:
