Big decisions are never easy — but a straightforward system for evaluating your options can make the experience simpler and better. In the first book in his Decisive Edge series, US Army Lieutenant Colonel Matthew Arthurs outlines an eight-step decision-making process designed to help you identify your options, uncover your passions and values, and apply those insights to tough decisions. By showing you how to move beyond either-or thinking and weigh the factors that matter most to you, Arthurs offers a clear path to making choices that align with your priorities.
