5 years agoThis is an interesting read, although I did get a little put off by the the idea that 'long-range well-being' equated to 'get thin and fit, save for retirement'. That is just one view of the issue, as far as I am concerned.
7 years agoGreat summary, really makes you think about all the elements that contribute to your wellbeing rather than just focusing on one aspect, just putting a bit of effort into each aspect rather than putting all my energy into one will have a better result on my wellbeing
